Duncan has 28 years experience in the aviation industry spanning MRO, large scale helicopter operations management and leadership of international business operations in very challenging markets.
His career began at a Pratt & Whitney service center in the early 1990’s. In 1996, he joined Bristow Group where he first served in technical services & business development. From 2009 to 2012 he managed Bristow’s demanding northern North Sea operations.
In 2012 Duncan became a Director at Bristow with responsibility for their International Business Unit spanning Brazil, Mexico, Trinidad, Turkmenistan, East Africa, Malaysia & Russia. In 2015 he was appointed as Regional Director for Africa / Middle East for Bristow, based in Lagos Nigeria. Duncan presently also serves as Head of Strategic Development for Kenya Based Everett Aviation.
Duncan is a Fellow of the United Kingdom Royal Aeronautical Society.
Rotary Maintenance Operations & Technical Management Specialist
With over 46 years of aviation experience, John brings an in depth understanding of fleet operations, technical, fleet management, supply chain, MRO, PBH and other support concepts as well as considerable expertise in OEM negotiations and relationships.
John was most recently a Vice President & Chief Technical Officer in Bristow and prior to that was the Business Unit Director for Bristow’s expansive European Operations. Other roles included being the Technical Director of both onshore and offshore helicopter operators and the Managing Director of an MRO and composite parts manufacturer. John is a CAA Licensed Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
Fixed Wing Operations Specialist
Chris has nearly 33 years experience in the industry having worked for aircraft manufacturers, an industry association and regional airlines.
His career has involved 14 years working for regional airlines having held roles including Accountable Manager and Nominated Post Holder for Flight Operations, Ground Operations and Continuing Airworthiness Management. This allows him to bring practical knowledge of real world fixed wing operations to projects across a broad spectrum of activities.
Flight Operations & Technology Specialist
Mark spent 19 years in the RAF, with the last 6 as an experimental test pilot. In 1998 he joined Bristow Group and was their Chief Test Pilot alongside other management posts. Highly respected and regarded as a true rotary flight operations expert, he has been a member of various regulatory and technical groups belonging to the ICAO, EASA, JAA, CAA and RTCA.
Mark is a Fellow of the United Kingdom Royal Aeronautical Society.
Capital Markets & Leasing Specialist
Warren has held a number of executive level positions with aircraft leasing companies, as well as consulting to lessors.
His activities have included everything from managing marketing teams based around the world, to running all day-to-day operations for a leasing group. Along with this he has advised leasing companies on their strategic plans and identified investment opportunities in the aviation sector.
Mr. Willits has been directly responsible for buying, selling and leasing hundreds of aircraft over his 37 year career.
